Hi there!
My name is Kwan Hopkins and I am a licensed realtor living in Charlotte, NC. My career has not always been in real estate, but in fact in a classroom as a teacher. I taught elementary school for 7 years up until right before the Pandemic hit and I decided to invest in something I considered a fascination which was becoming a realtor. My attention to detail, need for checklists and constant need to educate led me to further dive into the world of transaction coordination.
I have completed an in-depth online course in Transaction Coordination Services to better understand what is required to provide exceptional service to my fellow realtors and provide a “seamless” experience from contract to closing. I flourish off constant communication and ensuring all parties are aware and prepared to make it to that closing table.
Outside of my professional careers as a Realtor® and TC, I am married to my high school sweetheart and am raising a sassy and curious daughter. In my free time, I enjoy naps, binge watching Netflix, shopping, traveling and discovering new places to eat!
